General terms and conditions
1. Conclusion of the contract
The contract between the client and AMZA is applicable upon written confirmation of the booking by email. The services provided are those described in the confirmation, or on our website.
2. Price
Prices quoted in Euros are binding. Prices are displayed inclusive of 6% VAT.
3. Booking & Payment
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, full payment is required. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfer. Written confirmation will be sent to you upon validation.

4. Modifications and cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. That’s why we’ve designed a clear and balanced cancellation policy:
- 14 days or more before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit will be given back to the client.
- Less than 14 days: the full amount is due.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is considered proof). You can also transfer your reservation to another person at no extra cost.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check in 15:00 - Check Out: 11:00
- Late Check out fee applicable upon request and availability.
6. Access and transport
Accommodations are accessible on foot and buggy. Our staff will transport your luggage. The car park is within AMZA grounds.
7. Animals
Dogs are welcome in some accommodation for 15 euros/stay. Please inform us when booking.
8. Taxes
The tourist tax will be charged in addition 1 euros per client per night.
9. Lost and Found
Any found item is kept by the institution for a maximum of three months. After this period, and in the absence of a claim, it may be processed in accordance with the applicable internal procedures.
10. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the period indicated at the time of purchase and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. They can only be used for the specified services (accommodation, meals, activities, etc.) and are subject to availability. Any reservation made with a gift voucher must be confirmed in advance. If the voucher is not used before the expiry date, no refund or extension will be granted.
11. Quality of stay and customer feedback
The comfort and satisfaction of our guests are at the heart of our commitment.
In order to be able to intervene effectively and immediately, any discomfort encountered during the stay is encouraged to be reported without delay to our team, who will do everything possible to provide a solution on site.

12. Data Protection
AMZA processes personal data transmitted via its forms (reservations, seminar requests, contacts) solely for the purpose of responding to requests, preparing offers and managing reservations.
The data collected may include, in particular: name, surname, professional email address, company and information relating to the request.
This data is not transmitted to third parties, unless this is necessary for the processing of the request (technical service providers, booking systems).
The data is kept only for the time necessary to process the request or in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
